Rental flow

First, please confirm your desired plan and make your reservation online.
If you would like to change your plan after making a reservation, please let us know at the reception on the day.
Reservations can be made online up to three months in advance. Same-day reservations are also possible, subject to availability.

• Reservations are given priority, but if you come without a reservation, we will inform you of the waiting time and, with your consent, we will accommodate you.

Please come on time for your reservation. In order to reduce congestion, we ask that you arrive on time.
Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the store, so please place your shoes in a special shoe bag when entering the store. Shoe bags will be provided by the store.
After confirming your reservation details and plan at the reception, please make payment. We only accept cash payments.

• Due to space limitations, we do not allow makeup to be applied inside the store.
• Please note that if you arrive late, you may have to wait a long time.
• We are unable to store large luggage such as large carry-ons. Please leave your luggage in the luggage locker or coin locker before coming to the store.

We have a wide selection of cute kimonos and yukatas. You can choose from a wide variety of designs, including antique and lace. We also have a large selection of accessories and sandals, so please enjoy coordinating your outfits.
You are free to choose your favorite kimono and obi combination.
If you are unsure about your outfit, our staff will be happy to help you. Please feel free to ask us.

Once you have chosen your kimono, please proceed to the dressing room and enter.
Please change into your underwear and put any items you will not be taking with you on the walk (clothes, shoes, etc.) into the bag given to you at the reception. We will keep them for you at the shop.
Once you have chosen your kimono, an experienced kimono dresser will help you put it on. The process takes 15 to 20 minutes.
You can choose from eight different hair styles, or your hair stylist can suggest a style that suits your kimono and you.
You can also choose your favorite accessories. Enjoy coordinating your outfit to your liking!
Finally, choose your sandals or wooden clogs and you're off!

• We cannot take responsibility for any lost valuables, so please be sure to take your valuables with you when you go out.
• To prevent your checked baggage from becoming disorganized, please place all of your checked baggage in the bag we have given you.

Your changed clothes will be kept in the dressing room.
We depart for sightseeing in Asakusa.

• We cannot store valuables, so please bring them with you.
• We are unable to accept large items such as carry-ons, so please place them in the storage facility or coin lockers before coming to the store.
